The Hong Kong Trade Development Council has launched its "Hong Kong Business Centre" in Tokyo to assist Hong Kong companies to further their exports to Japan.
Conveniently located at TDC's own premises next to a subway station in Chiyoda-ku, the heart of Tokyo, the Hong Kong Business Centre aims to meet short-term office needs of Hong Kong business people visiting Japan.
The Business Centre will provide Hong Kong business people with an instant workplace that is private, furnished and equipped with telephones, fax, and word processors.
User of the Business Centre is able to have easy access to TDC's databank of more than 25,000 business contacts in Japan and to our Tokyo based marketing experts. The Centre also provides services to greet your visitors and receive incoming calls. Arrangements for hiring secretaries, interpreters, and transport services can also be arranged at the users' expenses.
Open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, TDC's Hong Kong Business Centre in Tokyo and its support services are available for daily or weekly rental for up to one month or even longer.
