The first investment service centre in Hainan province recently opened in Lingshui Li autonomous prefecture. The centre offers investment consultancy, project negotiation, approval and establishment services, and follow-up services. With the new centre, investment procedures are streamlined and investors in Lingshui no longer have to contact government departments separately during the investment process.
