Alternatively, application may be sent to the Lithuania Embassy in Beijing with applicant's passport at the applicant's risk.

Ordinary visa fee is EUR20, but an applicant should cover post expenses for sending his/her visa from Beijing back to Hong Kong by DHL courier service (EUR12). For HKSAR passport holders, no entry visa is required for a short period of stay in Lithuania. For details, please refer to the Honoray Consulate of Lithuania in Hong Kong.
